After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Chicago in 2009, Chef Ariel went on to hone her skills for over 10 years, learning from Chicago’s most innovative chefs. As a person with celiac disease, Ariel realizes the importance of eating for health without compromising flavor or enjoyment. With the help of our amazing team of experienced chefs, hospitality professionals, and fitness enthusiasts, Ariel opened Parkside Meal Prep in July 2022.
